Reviews and Ratings
Don't let the property fool you from the street as there isn't much curb appeal. The hotel rooms come with a desk, mini fridge, refrigerator, and microwave, but they overlook the freeway. The service is very courteous, greeting you warmly when you enter the front lobby. The location is great if you like Apple or want convenience to shops and restaurants in Silicon Valley. The dining experience is awesome, with a chef making eggs and omelets above-and-beyond, although French fries are on the menu. The facilities are nice for a relaxed stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room size was good but poorly designed, and parking was quite difficult. I wished there was a chair and table in the room. However, the service was excellent and very helpful, though I was disappointed that assistance was lacking when a fellow guest's daughter had an emergency in the elevator. The hotel took excellent safety and health precautions, making me feel secure. The location was perfect for my visit, despite a strange smell in the area. The dining was amazing, offering the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, but the potatoes were very hard. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel had a perfect location and service was professional and welcoming. The rooms could use a little updating, especially with the wooden slat blinds. Parking was a bit difficult at times.
The hotel has a fun and modern touch with an Amazon Echo Dot in the room for voice checkouts. The room was stocked with various drinks and snacks, offering a great selection. The staff was overall pleasant, but there were some disturbances during the day. The location is perfect for exploring Silicon Valley, with clean and inviting surroundings. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a great variety of options.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a Jacuzzi, though the carpet could use an update. It was very clean upon arrival and provided great space for a couple. The service is friendly and helpful, but could benefit from more professionalism. The location is superb, close to the Shoreline Amphitheatre and a shopping plaza. The dining experience includes a nice selection, and the facilities are well-equipped.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, perfect for easy access as I was on the ground level. The proximity to the elevator was very convenient. However, I couldn't tell if room sizes varied. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with super polite and knowledgeable staff but also some judgmental behavior based on things like age and the car I drive. On the upside, the staff did recommend a great dining spot. The location was superb, just off the highway and adjacent to a convenient shopping plaza with various amenities. Dining exceeded my expectations with a great selection and healthy options. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's location is convenient, right off the freeway and next to a shopping center. The rooms, though smaller than expected, are cozy and feel like home for the price. The service shines with attentive staff and a variety of amenities, including room service and housekeeping. However, the dining experience was cut short by the staff, and finding a place to sit for breakfast on a rainy day was a challenge.
